Three Artistic Houses Made Of Trash

A local man built a cluster of three stunning structures using nothing but 25,000 recycled glass bottles. These shimmering, colorful buildings create a stained-glass effect as sunlight streams through the walls.

Edouard Arsenault spent three years turning thousands of discarded bottles into a chapel, a tavern, and a house on Prince Edward Island. After seeing a postcard of a bottle house in British Columbia, he was inspired to use his own collection to create art.
