The Living Robots Built From Frogs
Scientists have created tiny, programmable lifeforms called Xenobots by reassembling cells from frog embryos. These synthetic entities can move, heal themselves, and even reproduce in ways never seen in nature.
Unlike traditional robots made of metal and plastic, Xenobots are made entirely of living tissue. Researchers use artificial intelligence to design their shapes so they can push objects or navigate through water. Even more bizarrely, these small clumps of cells can work together to gather loose material and create new offspring.
