Meaning Is Not Actually Inside Things

Objects do not hold inherent meaning by themselves. Instead, meaning is just a mental bridge that connects an entity to something else, like linking a word to the actual object it describes.

We often assume that words or symbols have deep, built-in significance, but they are actually empty shells. Meaning only sparks to life when a mind creates a relationship between a sign and a concept. This explains why the same sound can mean entirely different things across various cultures. Without a relational mind to link them, the universe would be just a collection of silent, indifferent matter.
