The Ancient Roman Poem About Atoms

Over two thousand years ago, a Roman poet wrote a massive epic arguing that everything in our universe is made of tiny, invisible atoms moving by chance. He boldly claimed that gods do not control our world, defying the beliefs of his time.

Lucretius wrote De rerum natura to explain the nature of reality without relying on divine interference.
