제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 Inspirations(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건과 절차, 사용자와 운영자 간의 권리·의무를 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (정의)
- "서비스": 영감과 지식을 카드 형태로 공유하고 모을 수 있는 모바일 애플리케이션 및 웹사이트.
- "사용자": 본 약관에 동의하고 서비스를 이용하는 모든 자연인.
- "콘텐츠": 사용자가 서비스에 작성·게시하는 카드, 댓글, 프로필 정보 등 일체의 자료.
제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)
본 약관은 사용자가 회원가입을 완료하거나 서비스 이용을 시작한 시점부터 효력이 발생합니다.
운영자는 필요한 경우 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 서비스 내 공지나 본 페이지를 통해 사전 안내합니다.
제4조 (회원가입)
- 회원가입은 본 약관과 개인정보 처리방침에 동의한 자에 한해 이루어집니다.
- 운영자는 다음의 경우 가입을 거절하거나 사후 해지할 수 있습니다.
- 타인의 정보를 도용하거나 허위 정보를 등록한 경우
- 서비스 운영을 방해하거나 다른 사용자에게 피해를 주는 경우
- 법령 또는 본 약관을 위반한 경우
제5조 (사용자의 의무)
사용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
- 타인의 권리(저작권, 초상권, 명예 등)를 침해하는 콘텐츠 게시
- 음란·폭력·차별·혐오 등 공공질서에 반하는 콘텐츠 게시
- 스팸, 광고, 도배, 사기 행위
- 다른 사용자에 대한 괴롭힘·협박·스토킹
- 서비스의 정상 운영을 방해하는 행위(자동화 도구, 비정상적 대량 요청 등)
- 법령을 위반하는 일체의 행위
제6조 (콘텐츠의 권리)
사용자가 서비스에 게시한 콘텐츠의 저작권은 해당 사용자에게 귀속됩니다.
단, 사용자는 서비스 운영·홍보 목적으로 운영자가 해당 콘텐츠를 비독점적·무상으로 사용할 수 있는 권리를 부여합니다.
제7조 (콘텐츠의 관리)
운영자는 본 약관 또는 법령에 위반되는 콘텐츠를 사전 통지 없이 비공개·삭제할 수 있으며,
반복적인 위반 사용자에 대해서는 경고·이용 정지·계정 삭제 등의 조치를 취할 수 있습니다.
제8조 (서비스의 변경 및 중단)
운영자는 서비스의 일부 또는 전부를 운영상·기술상의 사유로 변경하거나 중단할 수 있으며,
중대한 변경 사항은 사전에 공지합니다.
제9조 (책임의 제한)
- 운영자는 천재지변, 통신 장애, 외부 서비스의 장애 등 불가항력으로 인한 손해에 책임을 지지 않습니다.
- 사용자가 게시한 콘텐츠로 인해 발생한 분쟁·손해에 대한 책임은 해당 사용자에게 있습니다.
- 서비스에 표시되는 외부 출처(예: Wikipedia)의 정보 정확성에 대해 운영자는 보증하지 않습니다.
제10조 (회원 탈퇴)
사용자는 언제든지 앱 내 프로필 화면을 통해 회원 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있으며,
탈퇴 시 사용자의 개인정보 및 콘텐츠는 즉시 삭제됩니다(법령에 따라 보관 의무가 있는 경우 제외).
제11조 (준거법 및 분쟁 해결)
본 약관은 대한민국 법령에 따라 해석되며, 서비스 이용으로 발생한 분쟁은 운영자의 주소지를 관할하는 법원을 1심 관할로 합니다.

1. Purpose
These Terms govern your use of Inspirations ("the Service") and define the rights and obligations between users and the operator.
2. Definitions
- "Service": the mobile application and website that allows users to share and collect inspirations and knowledge in card form.
- "User": any natural person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
- "Content": all materials—including cards, comments, and profile information—posted by users.
3. Effect and Modification
These Terms take effect when a user completes registration or begins using the Service.
The operator may modify these Terms when necessary; material changes will be announced in advance via the Service or this page.
4. Account Registration
- Only those who agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy may register.
- The operator may refuse or terminate registration in the following cases:
- Identity theft or registration with false information
- Disrupting service operation or harming other users
- Violation of law or these Terms
5. User Obligations
Users must not:
- Post content that infringes others' rights (copyright, likeness, reputation, etc.)
- Post obscene, violent, discriminatory, or hateful content
- Engage in spam, advertising, flooding, or fraud
- Harass, threaten, or stalk other users
- Disrupt the Service (automated tools, abnormal volumes of requests, etc.)
- Violate any law
6. Content Ownership
Copyright in user-generated content remains with the user.
However, users grant the operator a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service.
7. Content Moderation
The operator may, without prior notice, hide or delete content that violates these Terms or applicable law,
and may issue warnings, suspend access, or delete accounts of repeat offenders.
8. Service Changes and Suspension
The operator may modify or suspend all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons,
and material changes will be announced in advance.
9. Limitation of Liability
- The operator is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, communication failures, or external service outages.
- Users are solely responsible for disputes or damages arising from their content.
- The operator does not warrant the accuracy of information from external sources displayed in the Service (e.g., Wikipedia).
10. Account Deletion
Users may request account deletion at any time via the in-app profile screen.
Upon deletion, personal information and content are immediately removed (except where retention is legally required).
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
Disputes arising from use of the Service shall be submitted to the court with jurisdiction over the operator's address as the court of first instance.
