Inspirations(이하 "서비스")는 사용자의 개인정보를 소중하게 다룹니다.

1. 수집하는 정보
서비스는 다음 정보를 수집합니다.
- 계정 정보: 닉네임, 비밀번호(암호화 저장), 이메일(선택)
- 소셜 로그인: Apple 또는 Google 로그인 사용 시 해당 서비스가 제공하는 식별자(ID 토큰)
- 프로필 정보(선택): 표시 이름, 프로필 이미지, 자기소개, 성별, 나이
- 활동 정보: 사용자가 작성한 카드, 댓글, 좋아요·저장 등 반응, 카드 열람 기록(머문 시간 포함), 컬렉션, 팔로우, 차단, 신고 내역
- 시스템 로그: 서비스 안정 운영을 위해 접속 시각, 오류 로그 등이 일시적으로 기록될 수 있습니다.
비밀번호는 단방향 해시(bcrypt)로 암호화되어 저장되며, 운영자도 원본을 확인할 수 없습니다.
2. 정보의 이용 목적
- 회원 식별 및 로그인 처리
- 카드 작성·열람·반응·댓글 등 핵심 기능 제공
- 저장한 카드와 컬렉션, 활동 내역 표시
- 이용자 간 차단·신고 등 안전한 커뮤니티 운영
- 서비스 개선 및 오류 대응
3. 정보의 보관 기간
수집한 정보는 회원 탈퇴 시 즉시 삭제됩니다.
단, 관련 법령에 따라 보관 의무가 있는 경우(예: 통신비밀보호법, 전자상거래법) 해당 기간 동안 별도 보관될 수 있습니다.
4. 제3자 제공
서비스는 사용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.
단, 다음의 경우 예외로 합니다.
- 사용자가 명시적으로 동의한 경우
- 법령에 의거하거나, 수사 목적으로 적법한 절차에 따라 요청이 있는 경우
5. 외부 서비스 연동

6. 사용자의 권리
사용자는 언제든지 다음과 같은 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.
- 본인의 개인정보 열람·수정 요청
- 회원 탈퇴 및 모든 데이터 삭제 요청
- 특정 사용자 차단 및 콘텐츠 신고
회원 탈퇴는 앱 내 프로필 화면에서 직접 처리할 수 있습니다.
7. 개인정보 보호 조치
- 비밀번호의 단방향 암호화 저장
- HTTPS를 통한 통신 구간 암호화
- 접근 권한 최소화 및 운영자 접근 통제
8. 만 14세 미만 아동에 대한 정책
서비스는 만 14세 미만의 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 의도적으로 해당 연령의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
만약 보호자가 자녀의 정보가 수집되었음을 발견한 경우 아래 연락처로 알려주시면 즉시 삭제 조치합니다.
9. 방침의 변경
본 방침은 법령 및 서비스 정책 변경에 따라 개정될 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 페이지를 통해 공지합니다.

- Social sign-in: identifier (ID token) provided by Apple or Google when you sign in with those services
- Optional profile: display name, profile image, bio, gender, age
- Activity: cards you create, comments, reactions (likes/saves), card view history (including time spent), collections, follows, blocks, and reports
- System logs: access timestamps and error logs may be temporarily recorded for service stability.
Passwords are stored using one-way hashing (bcrypt). Operators cannot view the original password.
2. How We Use Information
- To identify members and process sign-in
- To provide core features such as creating, viewing, reacting to, and commenting on cards
- To display saved cards, collections, and activity history
- To operate a safe community via user blocking and reporting
- To improve the service and respond to issues
3. Data Retention
Collected information is deleted immediately upon account deletion.
However, when legally required (e.g., communications privacy or e-commerce regulations), data may be retained for the legally mandated period.
4. Third-Party Sharing
We do not share your personal information with third parties, except in the following cases:
- When you have given explicit consent
- When required by law or by lawful investigative request

The Service uses the following external services. Your personal information is not shared with them.

Account deletion can be performed directly from the in-app profile screen.
7. Security Measures
- One-way hashed password storage
- Encrypted transport via HTTPS
- Minimized access privileges and operator access control
8. Children Under 14
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 14, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
If a parent discovers that their child's information has been collected, please contact us at the address below for immediate deletion.

This policy may be updated in response to changes in law or our service.
