Designed as a 420-meter marvel, the Dynamic Tower was meant to be the world's first skyscraper that constantly changes shape. Every floor was engineered to rotate independently, ensuring the building's profile was never the same twice.

Architect David Fisher envisioned a structure where residents could control the speed and direction of their floor's movement through voice commands. The rotation was designed to be powered entirely by wind turbines placed between each level, making it a self-sustaining architectural feat. Although the ambitious project was eventually cancelled, it remains a landmark concept for how we might live in the future. It challenged the static nature of cities by turning luxury living into a kinetic experience.
